- Understand optical lens product lines and be able to answer questions with ease
- Answer incoming calls with a positive and confident voice
- Initiate outbound calls to current and potential customers with professionalism
- Take ownership of wide range of responsibilities, situations and guidelines
- Navigate database and perform appropriate searches to answer questions
- Input orders and complete other data entry with accuracy
- Create and develop relationships with customers and sales reps
- Fluency with databases and office word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong desire to help customers as well as co-workers
- Clear, dynamic communication skills – both verbal and written
- Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Strong time management skills
